Daniel Jay Belgard Dan Gold Scam to get rich. Manila Manila

Daniel Jay Belgard  ripped me off one time 10 years ago and is now trying again.  Ten years ago A man i knew from metal detecting named Ron came by my work and asked me to meet Dan about an investment in a gold mine. We met and I was told a great story of the inland of Vanuatu.  I was shown reports and sampls of dirt with gold and silver in it. Pictures and maps of the mine and A ship port.  A minimum investment of $10,000 with a huge return. Greed got the better of me, Dan asked to make the check out to him because the bank Account  in Switzerland was not set up yet.

I was told that I would be getting paper work in the mail from his lawyer in Switzerland named Stephen. A few months later Dan and his friend Ron came by and asked for more money for a mine in Nevada. I asked about the paper work and was told because of all the investors that Stephen was very busy and would get to it. I asked about Vanuatu, Dan was happy to report that the firs ship was loaded and heading out to be processed.

About five years passed with no news, one day Ron came by to see me and tell me that Dan was now in the Philippines looking for WW11 gold left there by the Japanese. I asked about Vanuatu and was told that something had gon wrong and they had to abandon it.  Ron said not to worry because Dan was real close to finding this gold vault in the Philippines and Dan just needed a little more money to keep digging. Ron would come by every six months or so for a report and every time he would say Dan is so close to the vault and the gold.

After five more years of that story now something bad happened on the dig and they had to abandon that, but now there are some farmers in the Philippines that have bars of gold and asked Dan to help them sell the bars. So Dan needs money to go set up bank accounts in Hong Kong, guess how much $10,000.  I reminded Ron that I never got any paper work for the first money and can not give any more money.   My story sounds just like the first Rip off story I read. Every time I talked to Dan Or Ron they would say we are so close, almost there. The payoff is just weeks away. How many others are there with this same story?
