Once in a while you run into a online lunatic while selling your services. We took the assigment of developing a tailor made module in order to suit his needs.
Still the request for a refund came and we were not happy with this since we developed an extra module for him as a tailor made solution. Still he asked for a refund and was insulting us as people in 3th world countries who should obey to his abusive mails.
In order to force this review this person even posted reviews with false statements and he told the only way to remove them was by refunding him. In order to stop this online rage we refunded him.
Still he did not remove the false allegations and his messages only went more absuive. Upon Googling this person we found out he is having a serious alcohol problem and perhaps this fuels his anger to the rest of the world.
We would like to seriously make sure that once this person or company inquires about your online services please try to block him upfront because he has no problem defaming companies wirth false allegations and hurting them.
