What do you do when you have an obessed neighbor who will not leave you alone. The day we moved in he has obessed over us and our dog. He has called the cops on us for no reason. He hates dogs and doesn't want them as neighbors. I have a yorkie/poo and he teases him and causes him to bark at him. He has put cameras on us called the association ( which they told him it was completely uncalled for and to get a life.) We in the mean time have to spend money to survey our property line so he knows his boundaries.
We called an attorney so we can be prepared to press charges, We filed a complaint with the police, and contacted the association of his false accusations.. He is the neighbor from h*ll.
Does any one have any suggestions how to handle this guy??? Please let me know.

A six foot high stockade (or other wooden) fence works very well. It will keep the neighbor on his own property and you won't be able to see him.
Our fence was worth EVERY PENNY of the cost.
