Daniel Murphy of City Auto Wholesale, 120 Merrimac Street, in Newburyport, Mass., is a scam artist working as Richard Mireault, or forging this guy's signature acting as Richard's Auto Wholesale, 609 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, NH 03874. He mutilates titles, changes odometers, strips parts, has a police record for receiving stolen vehicles, his phone numbers are disconnected and he doesn't have a legitimate business address with a valid mailing address to receive mail or a phone number to leave a message.

He is a scumbag that preys on people looking to buy a decent car. He thinks he is slick but he is a pathetic, arrogant piece of crap that crawls out from under his rock to steal people's hard earned cash. He tries to hide behind the Massachusetts/New Hampshire red tape because he transfers the titles back and forth between his two companies, leaving victims hard pressed to get any assistance with recouping their money once the vehicle he sold them doesn't pass inspection or is found to be a stolen vehicle resold for top dollar - except now this scumbag has the money and disappears.

His time has come though. He rattled the wrong cage this time. They won't want his face showing up at the auctions. He won't be welcome in Billerica with the other dealers ever again. His days of using the names of dead and distant relatives for profit are over. His local scam construction company and never earning an honest day's pay are being publicized and local authorities notified. More people should stand up and take the few extra minutes to do what's right and shut these low lives down.
