Dr. Pagnani is a poor excuse for a ob/gyn doctor.  He claims to know his field but listen to my suggestion as a prior patient.  Be well informed that even though he knows his medicine he does not practice with the necessary morals or ethics to care for patients.  He plays into medical politics instead of focusing on patient care.  Unfortunately, his preference to play politics taints his abilities as a doctor.  So, be careful not to disrobe and leave your life in this doctor's hands. He will allow his corrupt politics to play a more important role in your care than the knowledge and abilities of doing what is the best for you-his patient. You have been warned. Behind his deceiving smile lies a wicked man who cares more for his titles then the wellness of his patients.
