Daniel Patrick Griner Lying And a Worthless Landlord Lilburn Georgia

 Daniel Patrick Griner Illegally rented his basement out to me saying he was a landlord when really he was a tenant himself renting the home and subleased it to me without the property's knowledge or consent, nor did he inform me of this until I conducted an investigation and found out myself. These person and His wife heather Griner are drug addicts and are compulsive liars and con artist. Everything looked nice when checking the place out to rent but days afterwards once I moved in things really took a dive for the worst. Plumbing lines started clogging up and the air conditioner broke and I found out there was mold behind the walls of the basement. The Griner family is under investigation by dept of family and children's services as there are many drugs in the home and they get a lot of people constantly coming and going from there home. I'm including pictures of what started happening right after I moved in.
