This company ripped of my disabled son. His Daddy just died and I wanted to give him some fun in his life. The compantt said they sent out two games that were never sent, than took one hundred dollars out of his bank account saying that he never sent them back. When they contacted us about the games we wrote them and told them he never got them. I managed to get through to them by phone one time. I was told the manager wasn't in and they agreed he never got the games but they could do nothing about it without the manager. They wouldn't take my number or e mail they just hung up. I have called this company non stop for days and get no answer. It doesn't seem like a lot to anyone but us, but we have no money and this company took away the money for his meds for this month.

Thank you for choosing GameMine for your video game rental needs. We're always excited to provide fantastic service to our current and future members. Through members, such as yourself, we're able to continually expand our service and provide an even better experience.
We at Gamemine use a tracking system to track the mailing of each game for subscription and purchases through third party software. You have agreed that this tracking does track the game from fulfillment to you and back. Gamemine shall at its own and absolute discretion, and with your authorization by acceptance of the terms and conditions with use of our service we may place authorizations onto the card provided to us in the event that any of our assets are not returned to us. The reason that we place authorizations on accounts is the probability that during that time the lost game may be received. Furthermore, we have always strongly suggest to all members that if there is a game that has been claimed or is outstanding that the consumer return the game using certified mail to ensure that the game has been received by GameMine.
At this time we have conducted extensive research onto your account in order to understand the nature of this feedback. At this time we do not have any anomalous reports in our tracking of both Red Dead Redemption and Medal of Honor. In fact we currently do have record from the consumer stating in a feedback on our site; it currently says that Red Dead shipped on the 12th, which is correct, and I currently have the game. Conversely, we do not have any indication through our tracking software that either game has been sent back to us at this time. If any information regarding the confirmation of our game being sent back to us, we would be more than happy to accept that information in order to aid our investigation.
Our customer service staff is highly trained for any consumer questions about our company or policies. They can be contacted 24/7 via our feedback system on our website.
