Daniel Spitz--TNY Designs and Marketing Market Research scam--sent check for 2850--gave instructions about evaluating a western union for efficiency Rocklin, California

  craigs list ad ---market research--I signed up--email, and address....was informed two days later that I was one of 4 people chosen to get paid for an evaluation of  Western Union services. I was informed that I would receive a payment for my participation. A day or two later I received a check via fedex for 2,850---I was told to deposit or cash the check, to take out 200 dollars for myself and another 180 for expenses. I deposited the check . When the check didnt clear after a few days I checked with my bank and they put a hold on the check and suspected that it was counterfit and that I was probably a victim of fraud. The check is still on hold in my account. Beware of a Daniel Spitz of an alleged TNY designs and marketing---couldnt find them on the web.
