I know Mr. Thiel. He has used this alias for approximately 14 years. His real name is Dietmar Patrick Thiel. He is a convicted felon with 2 strikes in California. His parents are Fritz and Inga Thiel, Salinas California. He was born in Germany, is 60 years old and is fluent in german. He has a record and may be travelling under a German passport.
