Very unreliable for content writing for webpages, the initial word count was less than 200 words. Daniel Todd spent several weeks researching what google considers a webpage, how many words would be acceptable to google to even crawl the page. Law Firm Sites is suppose to be an experienced web developing company. There should not have been any reason for them to research this kind of information.
Once Dan Todd agreed to increase the word count, we had problems with the structure of the webpage that would negative impact the rankings of the page. Then we had problems with how they represented out firm. It didn't match our profile at all.
I can go on with many other problems, but I just do not have the energy. Please know I believe their performance was so aggregiously below industry standard, that I took the time to post a report. I will never use them again - not ever.

This situation was very unfortunate. We had an attorney hired to write the content but it wasn’t exactly what the client wanted. We worked hard to make it right but in the end it just didn’t work for her.
We have learned to ensure expectations are clear from the beginning to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We could have done a better job.
