Ok, here's my story.  As a woman and a business owner who knows nothing about the Internet I thought I should get my company on the Web.  I did a Google under "business consultant" and www.danielmolano.com showed up on the first page of Google.

The site he has today is different from the one he has two months ago.  The one I contacted had a phone number and address in the United States.  On his new site he only has a page to send an email, and the email is not given to the public, very sneaky.

When I first spoke to Daniel Molano he seemed like a nice guy, very sincere, and to be upfront with you he seemed much older.  I had no idea he is only 21 years old.  He went on to tell me about all these businesses he had helped become successful using the Internet, that's why I thought he was older.

Long story short, he convinced me to send him a Cashiers Check for $7,500.  He said he was very busy and in fact he shouldn't even take my business because he was too busy with other clients and he said he was doing me a favor.  He had me FedEx a cashiers check to a Texas address.

Several days later I called my bank and the cashiers check had cleared.  My bank told me the check had cleared thru a bank in Mexico City, Mexico.  My heart stopped beating for a few seconds and I had to catch my breath.  I have no idea where Daniel is today.  I tracked the FedEx package and it went to a UPS store that offers a mailbox and a real street address.  I thought I was sending the check to his office.

Daniel said he would send me paperwork after he received my check.  Two months later and nothing.  No phone calls, no emails, no paperwork.

My business is hurting with this down economy and I was desperate to find any help, I am so ashamed and embarrassed about this.  I am a single mom with two children, and I am supporting my elderly parents who are very sick.  I'm not sure where to turn.

I contacted my local police department and they said they could not help me.  Told me this was most likely a civil case and the fact this kid Daniel Molano is in Mexico that I should write this off as a loss.  I've contacted an attorney but he pretty much said the same thing the police have said.  My attorney wants a retainer of $2,500 just to look into the matter.  Great, now I can be out $10,000.

I have sent numerous emails thru his website thru the Contact Us page http://www.danielmolano.com/contact-us/  and no response.

I've contacted my local states attorney's office and they told me to fill out some forms which they are sending.  They also stated this is probably a lost cause since he is not registered to do business in the United States.

I have no idea where his office is located or how to get a hold of him.  The bank account in Mexico has since been closed, so I feel like this was a scam from the start.

If Rip Off Report or any of its readers could please help, my family will be forever indebted to you.

Thanks you,

Ignore the haters, Daniel. You're the man and a living legend.

AUTHOR: Alexander F. - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, September 04, 2009

I have been receiving Internet Business Consulting from Daniel Molano and he was worth every pound.

Within 2 months I have recuperated my investment and doubled it, all from one single website. And I don't even know about programming or code.

The process in which it operated was just like Amanda described, a payment plan via PayPal, 3 months in my case. No cashiers cheques like this "Nancy" claims.

Before Daniel, I had spent over 40,000 on make money online products and guru courses, none of which made me any money whatsoever.

Daniel's service is in my opinion the best 5,000 I have ever spent.

He is available almost on a daily basis and he will reply all of your e-mails within 48 hours, even if he is loaded with work.

Daniel, ignore the haters. They fall under 3 categories:

1. They are extremely envious of you, and they will never be able to achieve what you have done.

2. They are your competitors, and they will never be able to defeat you without foul play like this.

3. They can't afford your services. otherwise they would have paid for them long ago without hesitation.

And Therefore these sad, depressed and lonely individuals come here and attempt to feel better about themselves by posting absurd fake stories about you.

Dan, you're a self made millionaire by 22 within 1 year of working online. That makes you a living legend in anyone's book. Ignore the haters.

Back on subject, after Daniel's coaching, I know I will be able to make 6-7 figures per year relatively fast and with subjective ease.

Something I didn't believe to be possible beforehand.

Are 6-7 figures per year worth a single payment of 5,000?

Your answer to that question will define your intelligence.

cleverbiscuit,

There will be no lawsuit simply because you cannot sue another person or company for actually helping you to triple your profit.

To sue for libel and slander there must be monetary damages or loss of profit. There is no case if your profit went up. If anything I should be thanking code name "Nancy".

And yes, our business consulting services have been sold out for a while, there is a 2010 waiting list which goes up to April.

We simply cannot take any more clients without lowering our superior quality standards.

That's not what tripled our profit, and that's not even half of what is sold on that site.

Our advertisement revenue tripled, TNB sales quadrupled, and our affiliate promotions went up as well.

TNB is about 2 positions away from becoming a Clickbank bestseller under both of its sub-categories. Largely thanks to this fake report.

Anyway, I would like to thank all of you, including "Nancy" and the Ripoff Report, for helping me reach my 7 figure in sales goal much sooner than I had predicted.

Thank you!

"There will be no lawsuit"

Wow, what a shocker, lol. Stevie Wonder could have seen that coming. In my opinion, of course.

Glad to hear your sales have tripled though, especially considering your site says you can't take on any new orders until 2010, and has said that for some time now. Anyone who can triple orders when they aren't taking orders is definitely worth the money.

"
This whole report seems a little fishy. I don't know who to believe."

Personally, I
don't believe anything written on this report by any of them.

regarding this fake report and false accusations.

AUTHOR: Daniel Molano - (Mexico)

POSTED: Thursday, September 03, 2009

There will be no lawsuit for the following reasons:

1. This has become the best type of free publicity. Fallacious claims proven wrong by positive client testimonials, and the competition also proven deceitful (they shot themselves in the foot).

Not to mention, all within an extremely visited website.

An excellent way for our clients to post their positive comments about us, and at the same time being extremely visible.

2. Sales have tripled (not quadrupled), since the day this was published.

3. Although code name "Nancy" doesn't exist. We have tracked down the real person behind this story via the IP address, and we have the geographical location including home address and phone number.

The minute there is actual loss of profit (if there ever is), we will use this fake report to our advantage and sue for libel and slander. As long as this is up, it can be deemed as the cause of it.

It would be simply idiotic on our part to have something as beneficial as this removed.

So thank you everyone (including "Nancy") for the help.

This proves karmic retribution does indeed exist.

this is a false report, by a false person, under a false name. Daniel Molano is a living legend!

AUTHOR: Amanda L. - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 01, 2009

My name is Amanda, and Im a 49 year old widow, mother of 2. Were currently residing in the beautiful state of Oregon.

And I can verify that this Nancy person has developed a delirious fabricated lie. Nancy is probably just Daniel Molano's competitor who has no chance of competing with him fairly.

I am one of Daniel Molano's REAL consulting clients, and I'm here to tell my true story.

About 4 years ago my husband had a car accident in which I was left crippled and widowed A hit and run

The only thing that kept me going was my 2 beautiful kids... a 14 year old son and a 17 year old daughter.

We've been getting along just fine, at least I like to think so, but I really wanted to do something for myself. And I couldn't do much under my circumstances.

About 6 months ago I came across making money online and internet marketing through the Warrior Forum.

There I learnt that there are many scams up and about, but also some legit and sweet opportunities. Many people there were making millions online! And most of them from their home computer!

Daniel was and still is one of the most respected internet marketing gurus over at the Warrior Forum. Which is why I was interested in being coached by him. I knew he lived in Mexico and I knew he was 22 years old. After all, that information is publicly displayed everywhere, including his About Me page on his site.

But that didnt stop me. If you go to the forum, you will see how thousands of members from all over the world respect him and how they look up to him. Mainly because of all the free advice he has provided there, the sort of stuff worth millions given for free.

I contacted him as soon as I had enough money for the mentoring and he said: "Sorry Amanda, I cannot do more consulting, we are fully sold out and we just can't handle more clients without losing our superior quality standards".

But that wasn't going to stop me; I was desperate and passionate about this, so I offered him $15,000 USD (double the cost of the program). Why? Working online is pretty much the only thing I can possibly do after that car accident, and he is one of the best.

Dan immediately refused, and after listening to my story, he told me that he would find some time in his schedule for me.

He even gave me a $2,500 USD discount and set up a 6 month payment plan via PayPal. None of that cashier's check rubish this alias "Nancy" person is supposedly accusing him off.

We began 24 hours after the first payment was issued.

Long story made short, 45 days later, after Mr. Molano provided his amazing service, I had recovered my investment through pure online profit, and 3 months later I have made x6 my initial investment, so far.

He is online every single day on MSN Messenger, he still provides follow up sessions to this very day, and he can also be found online in the Warrior Forum, helping millions of beginner and advanced internet marketers.

As one of the above rebuttals said Daniel Molano is readily available.

I had to post this true story just to thank this young man. I initially refused to provide a testimonial with my story for him because I like my privacy, a he is hot shot guru I just wanted to remain anonymous and cashing in.

But after reading these fallacious accusations, I was infuriated with rage and I had to defend him.

He deserves it.

My two kids, my husband from heaven, and myself, deeply appreciate what you have done for us Daniel. God bless you!

Alias "Nancy", these are not only false allegations, but I can tell they are coming from a sad, depressed, and unstable person.

The only possible explanation to these absurd claims is that you are a direct competitor of Daniel, who will never ever be able to beat him fair and square.

And I must mention something to close my rebuttal (sorry Daniel, I have to say it).

Dan has quadrupled sales thanks to the free publicity generated by this fake report. He just showed me this morning.

So thanks "Nancy" for helping Daniel.
It's all in the karma.

Dealings with Daniel Molano

AUTHOR: D.Lester - (Canada)

POSTED: Monday, August 31, 2009

I have had several occasions over the last couple of years to do business with Daniel. I certainly would not hesitate to do buiness with him again. The things I read in this report are completely out of character for the person I have had the pleasure to do business with. I have always found him to be open and easy to get in touch with.

I am not sure why this person mentions age as an issue, that seems a bit prejudice, I know lots of people half my age who could show me a thing or two about the internet and I have been using it for over twenty years. Heck I have a son who does things on the internet that just baffle me. I never once considered Daniels age because I am interested in skills not age.

It seems in this report that there was not a lot of effort made to resolve this issue with Daniel directly. I easily found him on MSN, google and other places on the internet and he has always lived in Mexico to the best of my knowledge. That was one of the things that struck me as different when I first started dealing with Daniel.

Personally I would ignore this one report, it is miniscule in comparison to the hundreds of people he has helped, in business, on forums, and elswhere.

I hope this doesn't change the way Daniel does business because I think this is just a part of being successful. Someone will always try to blemish your reputation because they know it is important to you. But I am sure it will take a lot more than this to blemish his reputation with those that matter. Because it is so far from reality, based on my personal experience, that it has to be a fairy tale.

Defending your reputation on the internet is a very tricky thing. If you rebute it you are giving momentum to the story. if you do nothing, people make assumptions. If you come out swinging, people think you are over reacting, some even see it as an indication of guilt. I am not sure why.

If you read this story I can only hope you appreciate that when you are in business, you are vulnerable. That there are dozens of people who will tell you they had an entirely different experience dealing with Daniel but there is no forum for that because no one wants to read about how good a business does.

Nancy Clarke Doesn't Exist

AUTHOR: Daniel Molano - (Mexico)

POSTED: Sunday, August 30, 2009

Nice try MacFreddie. We have tracked down your IP address and you will be served for libel and slander under a false name.

I also have your phone number from your friend Terry.

You would be willing to go down such lengths just because I accidentally got you banned from the Warrior Forum?

Now it's going to cost you some jail time or a huge fee to say the least.

Business consulting is not available at www.danielmolano.com

AUTHOR: Nancy Clark - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 30, 2009

I received an email several hours ago from Daniel Molano if that is really his name.  He told me he is going to sue me for slander.  Can you believe this guy?  Daniel Molano said he did not intend to take my money and do no work.  Now he claimes this was all a misunderstanding.  Now he wants to do the work he was supposed to do in the first place many months ago.  Well it's too late Mr Molano you had your chance.  Give me my money back.  I'm sick and tired of all the lies.  Give me my money and I will delete my post.

I did some further investigative work today and here is what I found.  He claims that on his website www.danielmolano.com was always the same, that is simply not true.  The site I saw before had an address in Texas, I honestly don't remember if it had a phone number, but Daniel called me and we spoke several times.  He told me he was very busy and he was doing me a favor by doing this work for me.  He said in order for him to consider working with me I had to send him a check paid in full or he wasn't going to waste his time.  He was sqeezing me in.  Check was sent for $7500, cashed, and no work.  He guarantedd I would be number one on Google, yet he doesn't even get number one himself.  I should have done more research before I sent my check, I only have myself to blame.

I read his response here and Daniel claims he has always operated in Mexico.  I Googled him and found many other sites that says he indeed is located in California, not Mexico.  I found one site where he brags about living all over the world, but yet he has always operated in Mexico?

This one says Mexico city http://evaluationpractice.ning.com/profile/danielmolano

This one says Paso Robles, California http://brandhackers.ning.com/profile/danielmolano  On this site he says he has been on the internet for over 5 years, yet on others he says since 2008.  So this kid has been a business consultant since age 16?

I found no less than a handful of sites where he says he is located in California, yet he keeps saying Mexico.  Maybe he just thinks he in Mexico?

If this guy Daniel Molano claims to own a business consulting company then I have no use for consultants.

I found this site that says Daniel Molano has aliases.  Fourth post down.

CNN Story on "Work From Home Data Entry"

http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/crime/2009/02/14/work.at.homes.scams.cnn

I have a feeling "Daniel Molano" is nothing more than an alias. Considering how many domains supply graphics for the page for his site, it seems very smelly to me.

It also smells like someone is doing some "data entry" for those in the wrong.

Send me my money Daniel Molano and stop playing games.  I will delete my post when my Fedex gets here.

Thankfully I have the Rip Off Report to get the word out.

Daniel Molano is Not Hiding, He's Readily Available

AUTHOR: Centimetro - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 30, 2009

Quite frankly, I'm shocked to see this report. I don't know Daniel Molano personally, but over the internet he has helped me with my own internet business in a VERY real way. He's a nice guy who's never hidden his true identity. When I have dealt with Daniel, he has always promptly and courteously responded to my emails. On top of that, he obviously knows his stuff with SEO and business in general, and is clearly successful in what he does. He has absolutely no reason to cheat a willing customer.

On top of my personal experiences with Daniel, there are a few things in this report that strike me as odd, inconsistent, and just plain untrue. For one, Daniel's website did not change in the last two months, and has never listed a U.S. address. That much I know for certain.

This poster seems to have taken advantage of the anonymous nature of RipOffReport.com, a website where anyone can post anything about anybody, to smear an honest man's name. My personal suspicion is that it may be a competitor of Daniel's.

False Accusations By An Anonymous Person

AUTHOR: Daniel Molano - (Mexico)

POSTED: Sunday, August 30, 2009

I just go notified that a story was posted about me within the "Rip-Off Report".

Someone code name "Nancy", with no other additional information and of whom I have never heard of is accusing me of ripping her/him off.

I'm not particularly worried about any legal aspects, nor will it place me in a position where my business operation will be jeopardized, neither will my reputation.

But this is however a small stain. And it directly coincides with me getting a person banned from a particular forum accidentally a few hours earlier before the story was posted.

Anyway, there are several incongruencies within the story itself.

It says my website was different 2 months ago, thousands of people can attest it has always been the same. How can it be different and ranking for such a competitive term?

It says I had a US phone number and address? Since I began my internet marketing career, before even providing consulting, I have always operated in Mexico. This can be proven by going back to my mid 2008 newsletter, the address is Mexican.

Cashiers check? All my transactions are handled via PayPal, none of which are paid up front. There is a payment plan. And of course I also have PayPal records and bank account statements to prove this.

He/she didn't know about my age? It's displayed in my "About Me" page. Always has been. And by they way, he/she got it wrong.

All my e-mails have always been publicly displayed on my site.

My Mexico bank account has always been the same and it's still open. This can also be proven.

Anyway, like I said, I'm not worried about the legal aspect.

But this is however a minor reputation stain, as the Rip-Off Report is considered to be "decent"?

Therfore I hereby request that proof of this absurd accusations is presented immediately. And I request contact details so that my lawyer can contact this person.

I can prove from all angles that the accussations are entirely false. And I have thousands of satisfied customers that can back me up, and they will.

Rip-Off Report, please provide me with the person's contact details (which are probably false anyway) and his/her IP address.

I am heading to Michigan (if that's really this person's state), and I'm suing for slander. I've never heard of a consulting client called Nancy and therfore I already assume this is an impersonation. So the IP address will provide me with this person's real location.
