DANIELS SILVERMAN threats, fraud, harassment, pressurising, lying, demending oney which s not owed, harassing an elderly man LIVERPOOL MERSEYSIDE

 DANIELS SILVERMAN a debt collecting agency based in Liverpool, UNITED KINGDOM is currently sending threatening letters to my 80 year old father regarding a 330 euro bill for renovations on his timeshare in Tenerife, renovations which have NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT! My father is completely up to date with all payments to this timeshare complex!

My father is an elderly man and these threatening letters-'FINAL DEMANDS' for money,  are stressing and worrying him. I called the agency myself and an unsympathetic Liverpudlian refused to discuss the case with me.

On researching this company on the internet, I find hundreds of complaints against them from both clients and the people they harrass with their threatening letters. Many people are stating that the claims against them are fictitious and I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS FAUDULENT AND CORRUPT OPERATION IS ALLOWED TO CONTIUE IN BUSINESS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Two of thieir clients to date have been the timeshare resorts DIAMOND, Aand more recently FLAMINGO CLUB in Tenerife -it appears that the KGB-style tecniques of DANIELS SILVERMAN are ideally suited to them.

I am about to get the police involved in Liverpol as I refuse to allow y elderly father to be harrassed unnecessarily by this unscrupulous agency.
