Mr. Danny Austin was our sales person. He asked if we own another timeshare and we stated yes Orange Lake Resort in Orlando FL. He went thru the sale presentation of the Stormy Point Village and the cost. Mr. Austin then stated they could sell our Florida timeshare and came out with a asking price of $24,000 - $25,000 and it would be sold in 6-8 months, This is why my wife and I decided to go with Stormy Point Village. I have since lowered the price to $12000 and still not sold and the people at VSI who are selling it stated they should never tell us 6-8 months they just don't know. If you google Danny Austin and Stormy Point Village you will see that this is a very common practice. I have nothing stating they can't guarantee this price, in fact Mr. Austin went back to confer with I believe his manager and came back with this. If you would go in and get the presentation from Mr. Austin with a timeshare to sell you will get this promise. Stay away from any deals with this organization.
