He purchased the $79 basic Business Starter Welcome Kit, which is non-commissionable, not-for-profit and is the only purchase required to become an Affiliate.

However, in order to be included in October's Compensation and qualification computations, Mr. Denney needed to be enrolled AND be an eligible Affiliate by the 31st of the month at 12 midnight US Central Time.

October 31, 2007 was the very day Danny Denney e-mailed me and stated, "log on to OUR site and upgrade from there." He then had Glenn Mosser, our Placement Sponsor or Personal Enroller, call me just before midnight to take my credit card information.

As his emails reveal below, he claimed to have 4 people under him already and another person coming in at the CEO package. My agreement to upgrade our site by $1,000.00 seemed wise and profitable with the information I was given.

I was not provided information about the Partnership Form: a supplemental document to the Affiliate Agreement that should list all Persons who are partners, shareholders, principals, officers, directors or members. In the case of a partnership, the Partnership / Corporation Form must contain the names of all general and limited partners, or members.

My name was never added to this VMdirect/HelloWorld business, even though my father and I's credit card funded all but $79 of it. Nor was it ever added to any of the videos Mr. Denney advertises on YouTube or MySpace (Brother's In Arms Band and Chad Lore videos). Those were made with my equipment!

The VMdirect contract states that An Affiliates account is automatically renewed on a monthly basis based on the original Affiliate Plan purchased when signing up or upgraded to.

However, I was not told that my fathers credit card number would be left on Danny Denney IIs billing profile or that it would be used to enroll retail customers and pay for his monthly affiliate fees.

After all, he originally enrolled with his own credit card and he already had his retail customers for the month, right?

Personal Volume Defined: the point value of products and/or services purchased by an Affiliate and/or that Affiliates personally enrolled retailed customers, in one calendar month.

As it turned out, Mr. Denney's only Personal Volume came from at least 3 and possibly 4 HelloWorld video email accounts that were being charged to my father and I's credit card.

By contract, an Affiliate is prohibited from submitting any false or inaccurate information to the Company and an Affiliate must inform the Company of any changes affecting the accuracy of the Affiliate Agreement or Partnership/Corporation Form.

Within the VMdirect Code of Ethics, it is clearly stated:

An Independent VMdirect Affiliate will:

conduct business in an honest, ethical manner at all times.

provide support and encouragement to my customers to ensure that their experience with the VMdirect Affiliate is a successful one.

motivate and actively work with members of my entire business organization to help them build their VMdirect Affiliate business.

refrain from exaggerating my personal income or the income potential in general and will stress to Sales Affiliate candidates the level of effort required to succeed in the business.

Additionally, the contract states that any subscription charge-backs received by VMdirect through its merchant service is considered a cancellation and will result in instant termination.

I know that I have asked my credit card company to charge back all fees associated with VMdirect.

The VMdirect Company also reserves the right to recoup any commissions or bonuses paid to any Affiliates on products or services:
returned under the Companys refund policy or exceptions thereto.
returned in relation to any incident of Affiliate misconduct, including but not limited to unauthorized or misleading representations made either in connection with the offer or sale of any product or service, the opportunity or operation of the Sales Compensation Plans, the company operations and/or practices.

I don't really know whether Mr. Denney received any bonus or pool money for our business...I just know I never saw any if he did. I hope VMdirect will recoup any and all commissions they may have paid him for having retail customer accounts.

I also hope VMdirect declares the Affiliate Agreement void from its inception and determines that false or inaccurate information was provided from the start.

With the flyer I have been distributing from the national ad with the 800 number. How will you know its from my effort f they bring in a customer., or does that matter?

I really would like to get a presentation setup this weekend for the flea market. Im gonna need your help here.

I just will use my desktop if we can figure a way to get internat access at the flea market, otherwise I will need a laptop wih wireless access and airtime.

My idea is to market using the sales presentations available and some demonstration of the capabilities at the flea market while offering the cameras for sale, with the 30 day free offer.

I remember being at your house when the web cam came in for HelloWorld. I actually got to make a video of myself and get it online! "I'm not insane, you are!" Insane Driver Response by KD. Remember?

HelloWorld was Our business:

Danny said I was the graphic artist. I got to make graphics and advertisement icons for Brothers In Arms. I even got to take the cd to have Danny's business cards made.

My mom paid for the business and had the equipment we needed.

Danny got the deal with the band, did the video taping, editing, and live streaming.

Me and my brother were excited to be a part of the Brothers In Arms Band's first live broadcast show. It was the first time we ever saw a live band.

We got in free because we were part of the broadcast crew. Our dad even let us stay until midnight!

Danny and mom were so nervous...

We were a great team!

Danny said we'd see a lot of bands and make cool videos together. He was even going to help me improve my photography.

Now he writes mean things about my family and won't talk to my mom at all.

I was mad when I read that he started HelloWorld before he knew her. I know they started it together. My mom wouldn't have done it if she didn't believe in him.

He said he loved our mom. We all believed in him.

I guess I understand that people break up... BUT...

How can you be a partner in a business and then be told you have nothing to do with it?

When I look at the videos on his YouTube Channel, I see my family as a big part of it!

You can hear my mom laughing in the background of the Chad Lore videos. (She always had fun with Danny...) They even got their picture in the Casper Star Tribune that night!

And in the Edge of My Mind video for Brothers In Arms, that highway is I-25 right here in Casper, WY! Danny is driving the car he wanted my mom to buy.

So, why don't I see our names anywhere?

My mom was still working this business after Danny left because he said he was coming back.

She had two bands very interested in HelloWorld broadcasting their shows. (they came to her because they knew her and saw the newspaper... it said she and Danny were new to Casper!)

I just know we all put a lot into this HelloWorld thing.

Honestly...

I am only 17.

But if this is what the business world is like, not interested.

Well, at least your now in. As soon as you can get the camera, you can start playing around and sending videos. I know your creative side will take over, with graphics, etc. etc. The sooner of course you can upgrade the better so that you can take part in the commissions and overrides. If you have a customer ready, DON'T sign them up under your $79 position. Let me sign them up, then I can place them. This will allow you to receive overrides once you upgrade. The $79 position doesn't allow you to receive commissions. Before you sign anyone, get with me so we can make sure we are doing it best for them and you.

I don't even know how or where to begin Helen.

I was just completely wrecked this weekend. I felt like dying would be a better place for me!

I am so sorry~ I never meant to hurt you in any way.

I am glad we talked a little today, and am grateful you at least were adult enough to discuss it.

I am not used to that in a relationship, I wish I could turn back time and I had the guts to approach you and tell you how I was feeling inside.

I guess that just the guy in me....

I hope you have the heart to forgive me....and we have the strength to put this behind us.

More interested in setting up at traders world but if this is what we can do this or next weekend...lets roll.

Just got off the phone with Glenn. He says just log on tom our site and upgrade from there. After we do that , we can then set up the customers.

Danny, get at least 3 customers signed up today.......Even if you have to use your own credit card or debit card...............You would be spending just 9.95 X 3 to earn $300-$400 dollars worth of bonus pool money, sign up Helen, your Dad and whoever. For every 3 you sign up you get roughly $3-4 hundred dollars!

I invited you to be with me because I was excited to have you with me.

This, believe it or not is all new to me! Meeting them was simply timing!

The point is...Danny can say all the mean-spirited things he wants to say about me, my family, my life, my past, and my future.

He has no proof that I'm having psychiatric breaks. (Although it is definitely not easy to find out that everything I believed in about him, us, and HelloWorld is a lie.)

My passport has two destinations out of this country...neither of which were last year while my father was sick, and neither of which are to SPAIN. I can prove this.

The "dissolution agreement" I had with my x-husband was eight years ago when we agreed about the custody arrangements for our children, both of whom share their father's last name. I can prove this, it's public record.

I am a seventh year continuing contract teacher in my school district with my Master's Degree and also National Board Certified as a Literacy Language Arts Specialist. The school board will not agree that I have my job because of Danny's life coaching, nor that I failed to stay in touch with them during my FMLA. (I can prove this, too.)

I have owned two homes in my life, this one for the past four years. My mortgage companies will not agree that I owe my ownership of this property to Danny.

His contract with me as a Home Remodeling Man has nothing to do with HelloWorld, nor does it reflect my credibility in reporting our business partnership issues.

I did not rescind my statements on this site because once they are submitted, you can't! I simply suggested that Danny seek the Corporate Advocacy Program to repair his business reputation and work this issue out with me.

I believe that he was dishonest as a business partner with me and now he has clearly been dishonest globally by proclaiming he had this business before he knew me.

Our personal relationship has nothing to do with the facts, nor does anything else he decides to say about me as a human being.

I know that he does not intend to pay me for the monetary losses I have incurred, but people should know about it before they go to him for business of any kind.

A final statement: Just because one decides to stop loving a business partner, for whatever reason, it does not erase the fact that there are business issues to address.

In his own words, HelloWorld was OUR site and I was doing business for US and for our future. He wants to discount my vested interest because he never put my name on the site along with his. (even though the credit card that paid for it through January says differently)

What did happen to the $300-$400 worth of pool money Glenn writes about? I sure never got any of it.

These comments were made by a person whom had a very strong interest in me personally. She even introduced me at times as her life partner.

Having known this individual for a total of less than 60 days before I came back to Ohio from Casper where I did some Life Counseling , Interior Decorating and remodeling work on her home. I soon realized that I need to separate myself from her as soon as possible.

None of the accusations she states are near the truth other than I used her equipment to film a band and broadcast on youtube, all of which I had her permission and backing to do on her own behalf. She generously offered in front of a witness to upgrade the user level, and commited that due to unforseen circumstances with my past employer, she would like to employ me at $200.00 a day plus expenses.

Since she so boldly gave out my personal contact information, I feel compelled to return the favor as this was my 62 year old fathers contact information.

I have asked her to rescind her statement and she has refused. I tough it only right to tell the world that this woman has recently suffered major psyciatric breakdowns as was told to me by her of father, whom is my friend and neighbor and her ex husband who is the superindendant of lewisburg schools. He took custody of her son for this very reason and divorced gher for the same reason so her father has stated.

For the record Mr Patrick ---- suffered a major medical condition where she went on family medical leave to come to his aid in August 2007 .

While here in Ohio MS. C--- never kept in contact with her present employer Natrona Valley Schools in Casper, and left her father unattended in ohio and went to visit her brother in Spain for a number of weeks. If it hadn't been for my life coaching she would not have a job, or a home for her and her daughter to live in at all.

So just for the record, just because you read a review from a deranged individual who is obviously hopeless and lashing out any way she can to make herself feel better. Make sure you have all the facts on the table before judgeing anyone, not just in this case, but I'm quite certain she's not the only woman that had feelings for a man, and because they think they are so high on the totem pole, that someone couldn't resist them or their money.

I'm not sure about the laws dealing with slander, but I certainly may look into them.
