Danny Mandell Gray; aliases... GrayMan Solutions, DMG, Mandell Gray, Danny M. Gray, Danny Gray, Danny Substandard work, Scam artist and Unprofessional Dallas Georgia

Hired Danny aka Mandell Gray, to build a partition wall, install French doors and install marble tile in foyer of my home. Mandell and his brother install the wall and door in a timely manner (graydm@graymansolutions.net) but measurements were off and doors do not close properly. I provided all material and resources because he did not have the tools for the job at hand. Once conplete he started on the Foyer but was not familiar with a patch inset pattern. I showed him the pattern and got to work re-enforcing the sub-floor. He purchased additional plywood without my authorization because he did not want to carry up plywood from the basement. Once I noticed he was creating the wrong pattern on the floor, it was already too late. He had pre-cut 30-40 sheets of tile therefore, rendering them non-usable! Then I gave him additional cash $800 to secure addition tile for his mistake!. He failed to get the tile but submitted an invoice for the work he had already done and it far exceeded the money I had already given him. In fact, He manipulated the invoice to absorb the $800 I gave him and also additional $500 was tacked on. For example, $300 dollars to paint the double doors, $300 to paint the partition wall, $55 water pipe repair, $200 in items purchased from HomeDepot without authorization... and No receipts to show proof of purchase. I'm out of $1000 because I trusted a friend to be professional and honest about the work he did and not screw me over! Now I have one less friend and walls and floors that have to be redone!!?? Beware of Danny Mandell Gray, he's a terrible CONtractor and he will Rip-You-Off!!
