Danny Wall Danny Earl Wall, Jordyn Wall Danny Wall SCAMMED me on the internet for $3,500 with his guaranteed pools. Colorado Springs, Colorado

Danny Wall kept sending me emails upon emails detailing how he could double and even triple my investment within a week.  He described it as a "Guaranteed Pool".

This is what was promised:
"You will get 2.5 times your investment after a  one calendar trading week.  Any funds made over and above the initial return, I will continue to trade for 47 more calendar weeks.  You then will receive 75% of any profits made and I will receive 25%.  Other than the initial 2.5 times return, no other withdrawals are possible until the pool is over."  I was foolish enough to send him my hard earned $3,500 and every time I contacted him for my profits,  he kept stalling.  I trusted Danny Wall because I was able to speak to him on the phone (719)352-7676 and he even sent me his Chase Bank account to deposit the funds.  However,  when I tried to get my 2.5 times return,  he made dozens of excuses and I did not get any money back.  I later found out that I was not the only victim and that several others on the internet fell to his prey.  We have to STOP Danny Wall  before he continues to SCAM others.  Danny Wall has a Face Book account and has kids(Jordyn Wall, Cassandra Wall and Tyler Wall)  going to school (Pine Creek HS and UCCS) in the Colorado Springs area of Colorado.  He and his family are living off of SCAMMING innocent people on the internet.  We have to STOP Danny Wall  before he continues to SCAM others.  I have gotten together with some of the other innocent people and we are planning a Class Action Lawsuit against Danny Wall and his family.  We are also reaching out the the local Colorado media, newspapers, Attorney General and anyone that can help our case.  We have also filed with the IC3, FBI and ForexPeaceArmy websites.  We have to STOP Danny Wall before he continues to SCAM others
