This is a bookstore that does not care about books or customers. I was in the area for a short trip, and was looking for a book on the area. I called them up and asked them about a book. I was more than twenty miles away. They said that the had a particular book and would hold it for me. I immediately drove there, and when I asked about the book to buy it, they said that there was a misunderstanding and they did not have the book. They tried to get me on their mailing list, and suggested that i might want to try another, more expensive book.

The worst part of it was that they were so rude and did not care at all, and wanted to sign me up for something and buy a more expensive book. I asked to speak with the owner, Dan Mull, who was very unhelpful. He asked me if I had an Amazon seller account, and I wanted to arrange some sort of business with him. I felt very uncomfortable, as what he was asking seemed to be dishonest. I tried to find a away to report this to a consumer bureau, but could not figure out how.
