DAR Waterfront &Associates Trying to collect $198.02 Sherman Oaks California

 I am being charged $198.02 stating that my account is past due but I I never ordered the merchandise they are saying that I owed . Furthermore, I had already been charged $99.01 and even after I disputed the bill with my credit card company, charges did not get reversed. They just issued me a new card. Also, another thing that their clients do is that they test collect 99 cents to you. Credit card to see if it goes through and then they put in the bigger amount. I do not wish my credit to be ruined but at the same time, I don't feel that. I owe this money and I had already paid $99 even. After I advised. The company that I am cancelling any future merchandise.
