I bought a product (name of company is NOT on form sent to me) and I paid for it.  Before I ordered it and asked them if I was going to be automatically enrolled in some kind of membership and billed on a routine basis.  They told me DEFINITELY not - that I would ONLY receive what I ordered and paid for.  (This happens a LOT when I order something online and I look to make sure I am NOT accidentally becoming a member without knowing it).  Later on I received this Night Serum which I did NOT order.  At the time there WAS a number to contact them when you had a problem about your order but they do NOT have one now.  The person I spoke said she would have someone get back with me but I couldn't understand why she didn't now what to tell me and why she couldn't give me instructions as how to go about returning the product I didn't order.  Then out of the blue I get this letter from DAR Waterfront telling me that I owed them $51.78.  When you try to call their number all you get is a recording telling you how to go about paying them.  When I email them I get a notice back that there is NO such address.  I have seen other emails claiming they have had the same problem which leads you to assume only one thing - you are being scammed. not only by the "Night Serum" company with lying to you (as I did NOT order this night serum and now scammed by the company they turned their accounts over to for payment).  I saw one email from a late 70's senior citizen that got a letter stating she owes them alomost $200.  I feel very sorry for the sweet old lady who is living on a fixed income and so am I as I will turn 69 in a few months.  These people are REALLY disgusting people and should be stopped. The fact that the girl I spoke with at first when I got this night serum should have been able to tell me what to do.  That was very suspicious from the very beginnning.  I still have the night serum and have not TOUCHED it.  I never received a call OR email from anyone with directions on how to send it back.  (They usually tell you that the deadline to get OUT of the membership has expired and you never even knew you had become a member).  

There is NO way to contact them as you only get a recording giving instructions for payment ONLY and no way to reach someone when you have a question about the order.  They do NOT want to hear about your concerns - they ONLY want your payment.  As stated above I have spent a LOT of time emailing them thinking I was doing something wrong with sending the email but it always comes back as no known address.  This bill is for $51.78.  I will NOT pay for something I did NOT order and there is NO way to contact them to tell them I was sending the product back as I will NOT spend $8 on postage. 

I do NOT want this incident to affect my credit rating and I have no doubt DAR Waterfront will contact the credit companies if they don't receive payment.  This is SO unfair.  If I ordered this crap I would happily pay for it - I paid for the other lotion that I DID order so why wouldn't I pay for this if I ordered it?

I REALLY wish their phone would work as I would LOVE to have a few "words" with them  This whole thing has been a pain in my a** and has consumed too much of my time.  If there is something that could be done about these a******* it would be appreciated.
