This past weekend (7/28/07) I attended my son's wedding in Wisconsin. He is stationed in Germany with the Air Force and his fiance has been deployed to Afghanistan for the last eight months. While she was deployed she ordered her wedding dress from Darius Cordell Designs, sent the money and her measurements with the assurance that her dress would be arriving in the middle of June 2007.
She arrived here in the states on July 15th, 2007 and found no dress, and the company would not return her numerous emails or phone calls. As of today 7/31/07, the dress has still not been shipped to this bride, and no one from Darius Cordell has bothered to contact her regarding her dream dress that was paid for in February 2007 and never shipped.
Real sweet customer service, espescially to someone in this bride's situation. Good thing the bride stands with her commitment to protect this country!!
Darius Cordell you should be ashamed and you are a total rip-off.
