Are you finished?  Well allow me to retort!  The Prospect Insurance Network lead, which I have a copy of, shows to contact you at your phone # at 2:30pm on 09-14-16.  I called that # at 2:34 pm that day.  So sorry I was 4 minutes late.  Calling the next morning would be called following up on what we spoke about on 09-14-16. You know, how you are insured with State Farm.  Yes I do take notes and retain information, especially from a leads company that was the ultimate rip off company in my now 14 years of being an agent.  But what i find more ironic, is that this phone call took place on 09-14-16, but then you filed this report against me on April 13th, 2017?  Really??  For 7 months you sat and stewed over this to then write this report against my office for trying to give you a quote?  I was simply calling to give you a home quote that you requested. That's it.  Nothing else took place.  There was no discrimination.  No altercation.  No "Scamming" going on.  Simply a phone call on the day you requested, and oh yes at the time you requested, to give you a home insurance quote.  Remember, YOU requested this, and I responded on time and on the day you wanted.  I don't hold any grudges against not writing your home business, my grudge is against Prospect Insurance Network for being a complete scam of a company.  You call me a scammer agent?  I don't do business with delusional liars.  Now go check your facts.  I've got mine all in hand, and yes I do have the ORIGINAL copy of the quote request showing the time and day I was scheduled to call and the time and day I did call.
