Darlene C Pennock, part owner of Evergreen Mobile Estates, was told by myself when I moved from her park, that I would NEVER sell my home to her.

She lied to, manipulated, and chased away 4 potential buyers who were willing to pay my asking price (12,200.00)

I then sold my home on an owner contract to a nice young couple with a 2 yr old child, they were completely moved into my home when the mobile park owner, Darlene Pennock, harrassed, and told them they had to move off of HER property, they then paid her 60.00 to do a background check and continued moving in.
The next day, she came immediatley over and told them they "didn't meet her criteria" to rent her "lot", and that they must stop and move out of MY home immediatley.
Unfortunatley I was out of town working when this occured, when I returned, I had 2 furious purchaser's, an indignant mobile park owner, who's true motive was SHE wanted to buy my mobile, but say, only for 1,000.00. (I had just put almost 9 grand into remodeling and updating it)She knew this and told many, including myself, that SHE would be the only one buying it.
Weeks later I got a call from a man, JD Shultz he said his name was, interested in my mobile, I met him there, he offered me 1 thousand, I said no way and ended the meeting.

He continued to call me on the telephone, asking what my "bottom line" was, I asked if he was doing this for Darlene the park owner, 4 different times he said NO, he had no involvment with her.I told Him 6,000.00 (by this time I was paying rent on 2 places and quickly becoming broke) They knew this, he agreed, and we set up yet another meeting.

He counted out 3,000.00 in cash, I said that IS NOT what I agreed to, by this time the owner of the park was outside looking into my kitchen window, I said no, I can't sell it for 3..he continued to coerce, stating "YOU KNOW she won't let you sell it or rent it" add to this I had meningitis (didnt yet know it) and a 103 degree temp, and 2 doses of nyquil i may add just to get up and meet him... he took the title, which was already signed by me due to the real estate contract i had already made, left the 3 grand and said he'd be right back, he never returned, but went straight across the street handing the title over to the park owner.Who later voided out the title by using white out on my name as leinholder.

I the next day filed for a stolen title, due to the fact I said no to this deal, so now I have the city detective threatening me, that if i dont sign it over to her properly, i'll be charged with a felony for filing a stolen title, the state, who says it's in MY name, she cannot change ownership, police, that basically aided her in stealing it, by making me leave my own house as I put up no trespassing signs.

She has since rented my single wide 3 bedroom 1 bath mh out to 4 adults (one pregnant) and 4 children (all illegal aliens, which make up over 90% of the park population now)I have sheriff's who will not do anything, police who want to charge ME and losing money by the day as she collects rent on MY home, footnote..15 yrs ago, the mobile park had 40 mobiles, they owned 10...now they own all but 4, figure that one out, she has used these same and I am sure worse tactics to obtain ownership of almost all of the mobiles located on her property.
