We were approached by The New Your Tennessee with regards to selling our timeshare in Mexico. We were extended an offer. We told them right up front that we would not do this if we had to pay any monies up front. We were assured that we would not have to pay anything but the commission.

Since then we have been inundated with different fees that we have paid (stupidly) to the Mexican government so we were told. We were also told that an account at Citibanamex was set up for us (which we verified with Citibanamex). You cannot open an account in Mexico unless you are there in person.

I have verified with a Mexican Lawyer who works for the State of Mexico that no fees should ever be paid upfront. All fees are to be deducted from the proceeds of the sale.

I just want to let everyone out there know that this is a scam with Title Two Investment and The Your New Tennessee, taking advantage of people and reaping the benefits of your money.

Do not have any involvement with these two companies.
