I've been more than patient long enough waiting for you to resolve my complaint and honour your written commitment below. - I am giving you 7 days notice to rectify my complaint after which I shall be escalating my complaint starting with all the the different areas that you operate including the sources that you advertise with and the local tourist offices of the countries that you operate in .

I would like to register a complaint against the above organisation who is operating fraudualantly within Florida.

I've attached a copy of their written documentation issued by their Spanish head office promising a refund of 578.80.

I quote from their written promise " " The price of the flights booked on your credit card was 776.80. This is 578.80 more than the offer price of 198.00 we discussed. Rest assured that the difference will be refunded to you during your visit."

Despite this written assurance - no such refund was given , during or after our visit to your sunshine state !!

I woulld be gratefull of your report and or investigation into the above matter or refferal to the appropriate trading standards authoriity.
