Darrah Brothers Auto Carlton Tom Paid for work never completed and damaged oil lines and broke ignition lock Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Carlton Tom trading as Darrah Brothers Auto and Millennium Limo Service of 4679 Darrah St, was paid $600.00 in July of 2010 to repair my Black 1989 Thunderbird Super Coupe for replace of intake, repair of Power steering lines, charge air conditioner and return to me in August2010. He was using my car to sleep in, as he is homeless. He did not finish replacing intake until April of 2011. He had been driving car on city streets at night, pretending it was his. He then dismantled the front end and went to work on other cars that came in.

The car stayed down for almost a year as Carlton claimed he could not work on my car until night time, walked the garage all day when there was no other car there instead of working on my car. and placed every car that came in ahead of mine, to include two engine replacement jobs. He finished replacing the power steering lines, which still leaks. He lost key to car and broke steering wheel lock which was just replaced by Pacifico Ford on factory recall. He caused and oil leak from the engine and claims car had oil leak problems. Engine was just rebuilt by Authorized Motors and had no oil leaks.

He started the engine when I was not there and ran all the oil out of the engine. I arrived shortly thereafter checked the oil and found none. He lied of bring car in the day before, until I informed him the engine was still warm. He was paid to replace anti-lock modual and car has no breaks, and leaks. He refuses to make competent repairs and want me to remove my car by Monday Nov.19,2012 or pay storage. I had to pay towing charges to get my car to garage for repairs and now have to pay towing to bring it home unrepaired. He has a white ford truck sitting in the yard area, in which the woman paid him for an engine swap and he spent the money never making repairs.
