Darrell Brown - Feet First Takes the money, doesn't send the product then ignores communication for refund. ripoff Birmingham Alabama

I ordered a PSP value pack on 8/11/2006. Darrell advertised 7 - 10 day delivery time. I had to prompt Darrell numerous times to send me the product and did not receive a tracking number and verification until 9/1/2006.

Then I found out from the shipping information that Darrell was ordering these items from China (this was not stated in the ad), these versions are not compatible with U.S. released movies and therefore would not be acceptable. However, since it was supposedly already on it's way Darrell said I would have to return it for a refund if it indeed would not play the movies.

I received the package on 9/6/2006 and the contents were a pair of clear & red plastic sneakers. Also, the package the sneakers were in was severly damaged so I don't believe the electronics I was expecting would have arrived in good condition anyway. I requested a refund and was told that he would refund my money but I would have to wait until the he worked out his issues with the warehouse. I stated that was unacceptable (I am not part of those issues) and that I wanted my refund. I have not heard from Darrell again.

All of this was just a scam to stall me! He never had the product he advertised. There are many other users he has done this too!
