 DOESNT PAY COMMISSIONS. FRAUD. THEIF. SCAM ARTIST Darrell Hoover of SVN Sperry Van Ness recruits sales people with no intention of paying them their earned commissions. He owes me a 6 figure sum that he was paid as the broker on deals I did. He is a lifelong scam artist. Commission money would come into his office and he would deliberately not make me aware of it, instructing his employees to "not tell me the money had come in", he would then lie about why he couldn't pay it, and create delay, delay, delay. I have had to hire and pay attorneys and Darrell Hoover simply ignores them. While the Newport Beach Sperry Van Ness office is a franchise there is absolutely zero blowback to Darrell Hoover from the Sperry Van Ness SVN corporate office.

They certainly do not support the agents working for the franchise offices and have done NOTHING to Darrell Hoover to ensure he doesn't continue to hire salespeople and continue to steal their commission money. Darrell Hoover continues to operate as Sperry Van Ness SVN and he continues to steal from the salespeople that work for him. Sperry Van Ness SVN is VERY aware of Darrell Hoovers shady business practices and they continue to allow him use of the name and operate the RIVERSIDE SAN BERNARDINO and ORANGE COUNTY office of Sperry Van Ness. Apparently Sperry Van Ness doesn't have a problem with brokers not paying their agents and being associated with a unethical, malicious liar. He has owed me this money for almost two years and as there is little hope I will ever collect it I do have hope that this information will assist others.
