I have investigated the information posted on Darrell Purdue’s owned and operated website jayottis dot com.   I can attest that Mr. Ottis first created and Copyrighted Globie in 1997 as recorded in the US Library of Congress as a Visual and Name Copyright.   His created visual character has been published since 1997 to the present. 

Mr. Ottis voluntarily changed the name of Globie to Globee out of respect for the Harlem Globetrotters.  Their Trademarks are dated 2007, ten (10) years after Mr. Ottis's created and Copyrighted Globie/Globee.

Darrell Purdue is a resentful character that seems to have serious emotional and mental issues.  His "Terroristic Threats" on property and life toward Mr. Ottis are criminal.  

Common Sense;  Every law enforcement agency in America has access to the Internet, and we are sure due to Darrell Purdue’s postings that his Cyber-Stalking includes making false reports to government agencies that a number of agencies have been aware of Darrells unfounded reports for years.

Darrell Purdue is a danger to his clients and the community. 

• It is illegal to hack into computers and e-mails of other individuals.

• It is illegal to commit Tort, render intentional and damaging acts on individuals and or business's.

• It is illegal to render threats and or suggestive threats against another’s life.

This posting serves to warn others of the unethical and emotionally disturbing conduct of Darrell Purdue.

To encourage people to search the US Copyright records to verify that Mr. Ottis first created and Copyrighted his Visual Art and numerous Globie/Globee names, in addition to several other character Visual Arts and Names since 1997. 

We are willing to allow the authorities to investigate and manage this issue as they conclude necessary.
