My wife and I went to him for help with filing bankruptcy. He took our money 2,000 and did NOTHING! He did not file paperwork with the court on time and we were days from losing our home of 15 yrs to foreclosure. We called the court and found out he never filed any paperwork. We had to do it ourselves. He never returned our phone calls, emails or letters. He lied to the trustee saying that WE were to blame for his lack of filing. However, we proved that ALL of our paperwork to him had been turned in weeks beforehand. When we did see him in court he slammed a door on us in the hallway. Do not use this Attorney! We are beginning a complaint with the state bar as of current.
