Jess Small, aka Jessie Small, aka Darrin Small, etc aka, hired us to photograph a convention in June, 2009 in Scottsdale, AZ.  When all was said and done, we, the photographers, stupidly gave him our CDs of photographs when he could only partially pay us with a promise to send us a check of the balance that following week.  the videopgrapher managed to get paid because he held the tape until all of it was paid.  After many phone calls, emails and broken promises, it is obvious this guy is a scammer and con artist.  There is a another here at Ripoff who hired him for that convention and who ripped her off for her wedding expense.
He operates out of Maryland under a variety of names, like Images and Tales, Imagery and Stories.

We still have not been paid to completion and he is no longer responding, not that I want to hear any more of his BS promises anyway.
