Dart Home Improvement David Harvey Jr. Gave down payment for services and they vanished Massillon, Ohio

  Dave Harvey along with two other men (Rockford Estep and Juan Cortes) asked if they could inspect our home to possibly get the insurance to pay for a new roof and siding due to a recent hail storm.  We agreed, had our insurance company come out and inspect as well and was approved for $14,000.00  or repair. 

When we received our partial payment from the insurance,$8944.93, We were instructed to sign it over to Dart-per Dave harvey Jr. for purchase of supplies and if we would give then 3 references along with the permission to post their sign, they would waive my deductable. 

House was inspected 6/2/11.  Insurance check was signed over 7/2/11.  Haven't seen hide nor hair of them since.

I've tricked Dave several times by calling from various numbers and he assures me the job will be completed the following week... Rockford Estep will claim that he no longer works for him, but I have found that not to be true as well. 

This company and the people are scammers and hopefully didn't scam me for the whole $8,944.93
