Do not buy from DataDepot.biz or Data Depot. We signed up for some email sending program that they have & it never worked! We were very shocked when we recently found a $100.00 charge on our credit card from www.datadepot.biz. I sent them an email asking them to please refund the money & we had never used the program & heres what their reply was to me:
grow up & learn to read your contracts before signing. and be prepared to abide by the terms that are in such contract.

I can't believe that an online company such as Data Depot would talk like this to a client! I have sent numerous emails asking them to please refund my $100.00 but they will not refund it. I think that Data Depot sucks!

Absolutely do not trust them. They will charge your credit card & not even ask you. And if you demand them to return the money, data depot will not give it back!

I spoke to Data Depot before I purchased and they explained when they first developed the software it had a few hiccups and hurdles to overcome. Especially when dealing ESP and networks that do not want to get mail solicitations. And they tweaked the software. So we gave Data Depot a shot. Seeing Companies like Constant Contact etcc wont even allow you to send emails. And give you a hard time if you get any complaints. We Sent out 200,000 emails and we received a 1.9%open rate. My manager was very happy and we sold over 15 cars on our first campaign. We have renewd the service for the last 6 months.
