I ordered a email list from them consisting of 500,000 female ages 18-65 spread across the United States  . They delivered 500,000 email addresses of which approximately 200,000 were men all from California . I tried to contact them , Despite 8 phone calls to their Sales Dept. they  refused to deal with the matter and kept referring me to Customer Service which is 100% automated . I finally got an email response to my several request for a corrected list or a refund from info@datadepot.biz that stated that I should be grateful for the bait and switch because if I had purchased from their competitors I would have paid a lot more.

I spoke to Data Depot before I purchased and they explained when they verse developed the software it had a few hiccups and hurdles to overcome.  Especially when dealing ESP and networks that do not want to get mail solicitations.  And they tweaked the software.  So we gave Data Depot a shot.  Seeing Companies like Constant Contact etcc wont even allow you to send emails.  And give you a hard time if you get any complaints. We Sent out 200,000 emails and we received a 1.9%open rate.  My manager was very happy and we sold over 15 cars on our first campaign.  We have renewd the service for the last 6 months. Thank You Very Much

Credit Card Fraud

I had this company charge my debit card for 295.00 and I had never even heard of them. I spoke to scott on the phone who said I had to email them just to get my card reimbursed. I am sorry but this sounds shady and do they not check to see if the cards they charge to are stolen?
