Ok now in any business you have the masters and the apprentices, When the apprentices screw up you have got to cut them some slack. When the master screws up its because they dont know thier heads from thier a**, and they give their practice a veryveryvery bad reputation.!!!!!!Sorry to the other DataDoctors whom take pride in their profession and excell in serving the people that keep DatdDoctors in business!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my ASUS cm1855 desktop into DataDoctors and told the OWNER of the scottsdale DataDoctors I had "STILL HAVE"'  a bad virus and he typed my name into this files knowing I was in there 2months eariler, Im sure he didn't even look or ask his apprentice what the problem was with my ASUS cm1855 the first time I was there, So he states I need a clean and wipe and im saying in my head I dont give a F$$$ what you do to get the nastey virus off my computer...I told him the OWNER I needed a virus off my COMPUTER, (Im not a computer master like the OWNER of a DataDoctors should be right), I thought he could read english I NEED I NASTY VIRUS OFF MY COMPUTER.....so I get my cm1855 back and guess what the virus was still there..I take it back and tell him he did'nt get the virus off my computer!!!!!! SORRY IM SHAKING because this RIPOFF tells me as his girl distract him in a cold brickwall sence I CLEANED AND WIPED IT....And then  and then and then and then just looked at something long enough where I got instaled because this A$$h$$$ should know that hes doing....And the reason I say this is because it turns out the virus that this PROFESSIONAL yes did clean and wipe the hard drive but thats NOT where the virus is hiding!!!!Turns out its in the bios it in a wright protected boot partition that when cleaned by a windows 8 install cd, which I have installed 2000times DOESN'T get erased.....So let me tell you This so called pro took 300$ of my hard earned money AND I WANT IT BACK..So this guys policiy is if a clean and wipe doesnt get the virus off my computer to F$$$$$ bad...I gave him 300$ to get rid of a virus AND HE RIPPED ME OFF...GET UM BOYS ....Ill get my money 1 way or another do you feel me.....I PAID CASH!!!!Its sad to think thier people out there that take advantage of the bumb and blind, I MAY BE DUMB BUT IM SURE AS HELL NOT BLIND WHERES MY MONEY!!!!!
