I phoned this Norm Rodgers 2 days ago after discovering that there is an outstanding bill from G & W Towing on my credit report. This man would not provide any information at all pertaining to this incident other than what I already know and that is that this is an outstanding bill from G & W Towing. He told me to look at the DMV law...?
Mr. Rodgers was so condescending and sarcastic that at one point in the conversation I replied "Oh my God!" Mr. Rodgers responded by saying "don't bring God into your probelms, I don't care about your problems." This was so shocking to me and so very unprofessional.
After reading other reviews, I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one. He refuses to provide debt validation and information on this account and until I see something in writing, I will continue to fight this allegation.
