Data Money Online - Gene Truman President & Founder checking bank acct online and freaked Miami Florida

Whom it may concern,

  I'm with no income at moment.since Oct 07,am disabled and waiting to go before the judge for SSI. I've been saved from losing utilities etc and the county is supporting us the best they can in these times. Imagine my surprise when went to bank to ck if money for pet food and personal items ,only to find that I'm overdrawn by God knows who.I call my bank,they say wait till posted(was in pending) I've been having problems with phishing on my acct and the bank is closing a site now. Thought something to do with that!!

   Called # on bank acct with no way to get through,is not a working # 888-983-6988
Called # from the $7.95 amount and a lady gave me a cancellation reference# JA553696,said email :refunds@datamoneyomline.com. Said to wait a few days because they're having many requests for refunds. I'm shell shocked as to who,why ,what etc these people are. Asked questions and researched,found my son 16 yrs was trying to help.

   Thought he could get the 7.95 before I'd notice. Emailed the only email I have and am told doesn't matter their policy is no refunds  and $48 a month recurring fees.Go to site and cannot find anything about No refunds,having to do their program then get refund,for $197.Took 4to5 emails and this a.m. there's an email stating they will give me $100 refund,reply now! Haven't replied. Yesterday called bank again and still in pending so have to wait to go through. Emailed BBB made complaint.My kids,family,friends,neighbors are ready to post blogs and go their individual sites,facebk,my space,twitter,more.

   They had no confirmation from my personally to use my card,now closed debit,am waiting for new.These people need to go down and I will be the first in line.The 2 emails I got from them were just barely civil and pretty much said I'm stupid,this morn. said my son(minor)is not I'm going to email the FBI fraud site.My understanding is computer fraud is Federal.Still need to call bank since finally went through. Because my son was trying to help and these people can't take the time to ck if the card isn't stolen,or being used by a minor, I've not a penny to my name,had 42.00 to last until whatever I could think of.These people need to go away for a very long time!!!
   Never had my permission!!!
