The information posted on these websites which attempts to link Omeros Bros Restaurant to the business interests of Harry Omeros and/or his companies is false, misleading and defamatory, as there is no business links whatsoever between these entities.

Omeros Bros Restaurant has been operating for over 20 years and has built an extremely good reputation on the Gold Coast and throughout Australia and such blogs tarnish the good reputation of the restaurant. Omeros Bros Restaurant will not tolerate any person attending the restaurant demanding money or participating in any conduct that upsets the trading activity of the restaurant and will take the appropriate action against these persons, either through the police, or through civil action for defamation, trespass and/or nuisance.

Mr Nick Omeros and his restaurant staff will not involve themselves in any discussion regarding the website blogs, and any person who remains on the restaurant premises for this purpose will be removed by police or security.

I researched and this company is known to the Queensland Dept of Justice to be a scammer.
Luckily I did not give any of my money, but when asking the Queensland Department of Justice, they could not tell me straight out this is a scam, but did basically tell me in thoer own "politically correct" way that investing money in this company was a bad idea considering all the people whom had contacted them about how they had lost big $$$ with Data S Trading - stay away from this mob

My name is Mark, I have been a client of Data Trading for 3 months or so now, I stumbled across this report whilst searching for a way to do the trading myself because it has been so successful to date.

First of all I would like to further examine the credibility of this website itself, practice a search within google, Try "Ed Magedson"(founder and EDITOR of Ripoff Report .com) OR "Ripoff Report", and you may find some surprising accusations of extortion and blackmail. Interesting isn't it?

Secondly, I would like to stress the importance of analysing the credibility of the two business's ("The Omero's brother's Seafood Restaurant", and "Data S Trading"), as individuals not as a joint company or business. As you will clearly see in the original report, the restaurant and its owners (primarily Harry's father and uncle's, not harry himself), have nothing to do with the company or concept. So why should the WORLD famous, award winning restaurant's reputation also be needlessly damaged?

Thirdly, Since opening my own trading account with data trading on 06/05/08 I have re-couped my 10 thousand dollars and have over two thousand dollars profit. I will admit that it took a little longer than expected before I was able to view my account online and actually see trades, it was delayed about 3 days from when I made my payment. However, I was able to see a few dollars profit in the account on the very next day, which made me feel a whole lot more comfortable about the concept.

Fourth, Now after seeing profit in my trading account, I became curios, I decided to do a little more research into this "Sport's Arbitrage", as I also wasn't fully adjusted to the concept. Yes, at first all I could find was a whole lot of blog's and report's about how bad it was, but then I looked further into the subject. I was surprised to find some websites that offered finding differing odds or arbitrage's from bookmakers online. Inquisitively I signed up to one of these website's and did one single arbitrage trade of my own, making only 0.69% on $200 ($1.38 profit), however it did actually work! The process wasn't hard to do at all, anyone could do it, however it took me about twenty minute's in waiting for the different odd's to arise in the market, so arbitrage trading by yourself would not be very economical or profitable.

That's why I suggest leaving it to the real professionals. If you are someone who is thinking of starting this system, as long as you can afford it I suggest giving them a go, it's well worth it. I mean I have already made 20% on my outlay, thats better than the bank. It's a lot of fun too, I can't wait to see what sort of money I've made tomorrow, everyday it's exciting to see what trades they have done for me and what sort of profit I've got. Thank you Harry and Data Trading, and I'm really sorry that you have had this report posted about your company when all you are doing is providing a valuable service, and showing us how to beat the banks the easy way.

Disregard the report, disregard any negative comments and trust the company as I did, you'll be greatfull for it, as was I. I would be happy to be contacted about this and I would be happy to back up my story, just call Data Trading, speak to Harry and get my number.

Hi Geoff i just saw your post i am a client and yes i have been making money, i have been with them for ten months its been great.

I have made i lot of money with them you should join them.

This company has been persistently calling me for over a week now. And the idea sounds tempting with their "money back guaranntee", but the paperwork I receive to fill in contracts and the money back guarantee is less than impressive.

I can see one post warning not to fall for the "SCAM", and another saying they are successfuly making money.

I suppose anything based on the Gold Coast should be avoided, and the fact that it is propping up a restaurant business

Any more info about this company would be apreciated

I AM A CLIENT AND I AM MAKING A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM.

I dont give a stuff if Omeros Brothers are into some scam...what else is new .
But I havent been paid by Paul Allen's Melbas.
So if he can too make millions off scamming aussies:
