Can you tell me how I can find out the yield I'd get out of the cartridge if it normally lasts me 4 to 5 months?  The 2nd cartridge from you was put in at the beginning of January 2012 and only lasted till till Feb. 19, 2012 --- about a month and 1/2.  I purchased two cartridges from you on 10/26/11 so I could have one as a back up one, ready to use and not just ordering one and waiting for a delivery.  So I guess you do not want multiply items on an order if you cannot honor  a return policy because of a DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE.  

Your excuse REALLY DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE as far as being able to count on a yield from the cartridges you sell if you are going to take that attitude when customers are having problems with yield output.  So much for customer service!  I am not a business and so there is NO WAY I would be using up a cartridge in 30-60 days.  

I think you are not truthful about the yields you can get from YOUR cartridges.  I since have been looking  at other selling sites and ALL of them, except yours tells right up front the yield you can expect from various cartridges.  I had to E-mail your company to get answer to that question.  Something IS NOT RIGHT.  But then I guess that is what "Face Book", "Twitter", etc. is for --- to WARN OTHERS ABOUT YOUR UNFAIR POLICIES AND PRACTICES.  I guess you are not concerned about keeping small order customers.  You can bet on "0" orders from me --- I hope from others too!
