DataLynk, LLC should be shut down! This company had a sales rep in Georgia come out to my business and sign me up for a business app - so customers can have my app on their smartphones. The day I signed up, that evening I had over $200 taken out of off my business debit card by them and I couldn't believe it. I called and called and called and called, then on day 3. someone finally answered. I told the person who I was and that I demanded a refund. They hung up the phone on me! That same evening, I get an email from the admin email at DataLynk which simply says - I have to build the app on my own. What the f? How am I suppose to do that? I then call tech support and the same no answer for days!!! Does this company even exist? They clearly ha e no idea what they are doing, but charging us like they do. This company states they build the app for you, and don't. I run a service center for automobiles, building apps is not my profession. They still never answer after numerous voicemails and I have yet to have a built app or my money back. I also had to close my business checking account to stop their charges as I couldn't speak to anyone at DataLynk to make DataLynk cancel my account with them. Please, if you read this and have had similar problems or anything even close - make the country aware of it and post here! They need to be stopped as their dooping hard working businesses out of money and are not providing any service, and they can't build apps at all - or I would have one!
I simply believe they set up a company to deceive the public...its worth looking into.

I originally read this a couple of years ago,and at the time, didn't feel it deserved any respose. It was just stupid. But I also thought it would be gone by now. Thus, my response to set the record straight,,,,
It is full of lies, inaccuracies, and downright libel. But who cares when you are an idiot from a far-away location and trying to extort some money-which in turn can lead to employee loss, income loss on those employees, and time wasted on some meaningless claim from somone who doesn't exist.
The reason(s) he doesn't exist are made evident by the following:
1. We have NEVER HAD A CLIENT IN GEORGIA!. EVER!
2. WE ARE NOT IN THE CELL PHONE BUSINESS. WE LEASE HIGH-END EQUIPMENT TO BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
One of our divisions sells and installs security equipment for business owners.
As you can see, we are NOT in the cell phone business--and never have been! The WORST COMPLAINT we have ever received (in 1998) was that we did not open on Sunday! We STILL do not open on Sunday
In my opinion, whomever wrote this was either scammed by someone using our name, or the writer just didn't have anything to do on a Saturday afternoon and thought he could use his very high IQ to play a "Gotcha Game" . What a waste.
I have seen some interesting articles on Ripoff Report. Unfortunately someone like this gets through occasionaly and wants to see himself (herself) in "the lights". What a Moron!!
