May 29, 2013 this company contacted me regarding advertising on KFDM's website. He presented himself as an advertising representative of KFDM. He went on to descripe the great ad placement and how they would design my ad, create a video, track the advertising, etc. I paid $1215 for six months of advertising. 

The first problem came in the designing of the ad.  It was awful and I basically had to redo the ad myself after trying to explain to the "designer" at least 4 times what was wrong with the ad. Once the ad was finally acceptable, they posted it and low and behold it was on KFDM's page down towards the bottom right in a position where no one would ever scroll down to look! Finally after that was done, they started on the video which was just as horrible as the first ad and contained incorrect information.

Did I also mention they posted it without even giving me the opportunity to proof it?!  So once again I had to tell them to take it down immediately and revamp the entire video.  In the meantime I call KFDM's advertising department and find out that this company is NOT affliated with KFDM.  They only rent ad space on their website and they have had NUMEROUS complaints about this company! He even says in his opinion it's a huge waste of money. But wait it gets worse!....  

After 6 months of advertising that yielded not a single customer, I get a call from my bank telling me they have debited my account AGAIN!  So I call them and the representative assures me that it won't happen again and that everything is cancelled. The next month it happens AGAIN!!  At this point I'm livid! The guy tells me that in 5-7 days the money will be returned to my account and there won't be any other charges. However, I do not believe anything they say at this point!

DO NOT waste your money, time or energy with Datasphere!
