We are Wii-less and out $350.00 and I am very sad/angry/embarrassed .
Seem this is much bigger then I originally believed. It is being run here in Canada and in the USA. It doesn't only involve E-Bay and Kijiji, but it is out there on a lot of websites. They advertise on Google, BizRate, Amazon.com, Wii249.com, and whole host of those sites.
As it turns out the scam here was running as Datastarsinc.com and once they are busted they shut-down the site and turned off the cell phones then two days later they pop-up as someone/something else. They are using a Bay Street in Toronto address, my money was picked up in Montreal but site is owned in FLA. But others have been ripped off and there are other locations involved. They show they will only accept Money Orders - beware!!
In the USA they have/are run the scam as:

www.etroclub.com
www.altarcost.com
www.espocost.com
www.altasdeal.com
And various other names.
With not only Sherry Frost as a contact but there is a Nancy Wiseman, Fritz James , Josh Cunningham
Be very cautious and don't get burned like me.

UPDATE: Seems here in Canada nothing will be done! No police agency wants to take ownership to help out. I have been told over and over to fill out forms. I am in Hamilton, the money was wired to Toronto and picked-up (as I have come to find) in Montreal. So everyone has washed their hands because it's not their area jurisdiction.
No wonder this can happen as these scammers know nothing is going to happen to them. Scam on Scammers, Scam on

UPDATE FROM 23/08 ~ Another search on this fraud/scam has now revealed they have changed the name of the site owner to

My brother Randy R lives at (((ROR redacted))) in Ocalla FL and he knew nothing of this web site in Canada till today. He is a near ludite and couldn't build a web page if he tried.
I think he has or will be filing and identity theft report also.

Unfortunately this is a case of identity theft. Randy is as much a victim as the buyers. Apparently some individual in Canada is stealing identities and using them for this online "store". When things get hot they switch to another stolen identity and continue. The old caveat emptor.
