I signed up with this online website for speed dating, and the way their website is set up makes it unclear the amount you are paying and for how many people you pay for.  I was confused and it charged me for more guests than were attending.  I was the only one attending and it charged me for $152.  I emailed the site to acknowledge them of this error and was told they would get back to me as they had to contact their manager.  It has been over 2 weeks and several phone messages and emails later, I have not received a response.  They have horrible customer service and have basically stolen my money.  The confirmation email that was sent had no total on it as well, it was not until I saw my bank statement that I realized they had charged me so much.  On top of that the event was very disorganized and did not go well.  I have been overcharged $117 and refuse to pay so much for an event that was so horrible.
