Date.com said they would help me find a companion. Once i gave my profile they said they had 2 ladies interested in my profile that i should email them. However i couldnt email them because i have to pay up front to be able to do so and that it would cost me 59.95 for 3 months.
so i paid them and once i email the 2 individual they didnt reply to my email So on the 3rd day of membership i requested to be removed and asked if i could get my refund back the supportdate.com said no. i feel this is not right and they said i had 24 hours to cancel and that didnt show on my payment billing. So i feel they are out of line and show be removed from the internet before the rip someone else off.

Probably not.

"the girl that wrote to you had probaby already found someone else."
This is a common ploy used by low rent dating services to get people to sign up. In all probability there was never anyone who wanted to meet the OP.

dating sites are usually scams

but on this one, i think you paid for a service and you got it. I dont think they are wrong in this case. they got you to pay for a service. you cant pay for a service and get that service then just ask for a refund. things move very fast in the online dating world. if you dont respond quick, the girl that wrote to you had probaby already found someone else. girls get on there and write to like 30 guys in 1 day.

Dispute the charge on your credit card. Tell them they misrepresented themselves when you signed up. It may take a few phone calls, but you should get your money back.
Try craigslist personals.
