I wanted to try out this dating service, so I went on-line and signed up for ONE try out month, they instantly charged my CC for 12 months service, I called immediately and told them that was NOT correct that I signed up for ONE month only, they stated, oops, that was a mistake in our service response server, and I said well were you going to tell me or not, and they said only if we caught the error and called in. I was told at that time that I would get a FREE month's service due to this error, but again they charged me for the $39/.95 monthly fee for a supposed FREE month, then I called and cancelled service, again they charged me, I went on line and cancelled, again they charged, me and called, they charged me, and did it again today, they charged me....
they won't cancel even when you follow their instructions by calling to cancel service AND going on-line to cancel service!!@!
Very BAD customer service too, they started yelling at me saying they had NO record of my calls or going on line to cancel and some crap about an email they sent (from which I immediately called in response to this email when I received to cancel)....so I have been fighting this for 4 months now and charged for service all those months
I asked for a refund for the charge today and they don;t give refunds even though I cancelled TWICE before.....
DO NOT JOIN THIS SERVICE is my recommendation!!!

First file a dispute with the card company, they might get some money back for you. Then report it lost or stole. They have to give you a new card for free, then this dating site cant charge anymore. I always cancel my card after trying out any 1st month free trial offers etc.
If you really want to turn this to your advantage, go on a shopping spree wearing a disguise, sign your name kinda funny, THEN report it lost or stolen!
