My son has been working throught his summer and saving his money. He likes gaming so decided to spend some of this money on an Action Replay. Since we can no longer find it locally He found a website CodeJunkies. I looked it over registered for him and ordered the game on July 10, 2007.

I took the ground delivery to save him money and waited for a tracking number - Nothing. I went to the website logged in and none of the links worked. After playing around for some time I found a support forum sent a message about the tracking and their site, I got back a log in code. I already had that.

After waiting 2 weeks and no Action Replay I emailed the forum and the email came back as undeliverable the next day. I emailed again, explained my delimma, said I wanted a refund and got this response on July 24, 2007.

I apologize for the delay. Your order was shipped on 7/13/07. However, I tracked it and it appears that the item came out of the package and was discarded by UPS. We will go ahead and send your cancellation request to our billing department in the UK

I have checked for the refund for several times in the past 3 + weeks nothing. I have emailed numerous times and called once, they tell you to email or leave a message.

I have given my son his money back, like I said he worked hard for it, and it's not his fault this company is such a discrace.
