Dave Christensen WESTWARD RMG NEGLECT...REFUSAL...DISREGARD...DISREGARD Dallas Texas

I rent a home in Garland Texas and Dave Christensen with Westward RMG is who manages the property. I have lived here for 6 mths with my 2 boys 1 and 2 1/2. A few wks ago i saw a mouse run through my kitchen. If you could only imagine it was terrifying. I contacted Dave and asked him if he could send someone out to put pest control down and he told me that he was not required to take care of those type of things. I just let it go in hoping that it would go away and well guess what???? That did not happen. 

I stayed home from work today to take care of my sick child with strep throat and notice an awful awful smell. I could not figure out what it was or where it was coming from and i opended up a closet in my living room and there is where the smell was coming from. It literaly smells like something died in there. 

I called Dave again and pleaded, begged him to send someone out and he refused. I am a single mom with barely enough income as it is to pay all my bills but i do and i pay rent on time every month. Not one time have i been late. I keep this house in tip top shape and I cant believe that they wont or help with Pest Control. He is rude and very difficult to deal with. 

I woul definitely not recommend him or his company for services. 

So basically I am going to have to find and kill these rats/mice myself and dont have a clue how to do this but i cant have myself and 2 boys living in a house with rats. That would not be healthy!

If you have any recommendations please advise!
