I submitted my personal check #9685 on August 10, 2008 in the amount of $249.00 for Dave Ryan's program. I see from the back of my check that it was deposited in the BAC Florida on August 18, 2008. In checking my bank records, it appears that my UMB bank account paid and cleared the above referenced check on August 20, 2008.

I have not received any response to my request for assistance. As of October 11, 2008 I have been unable to receive the needed advice to pursue this business
opportunity. Since it is now well within the guaranteed refund period, I have respectfully requested a refund of my initial $249.00purchase price ASAP. Total silence since my initial contact and the mailing of my personal check on August 10, 2008.

As a retired Federal Fraud Investigator, it appears that there should be some sort of legal remedy to this matter. Enough is enough!

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 12, 2008

When I was a kid growing up in the predominantly African American sector of New Orleans people were "took to school" That meant they learned about various scams and con games and hustles...

This guy who scammed you was very obviously one of those kind of school teachers.

I have had friends who were RIPPED OFF with those fake day trading scams -- it's a lotg like the sub prime ( Balloon mortages) SCAM -- empty promises and NOTHING but lies and promises that never come true.

A PROMISE TO MAKE EASY MONEY just like all of the other cons and scams.

And as a former federal fraud investigator, YOU of all people should have seen this one coming.. It smells so bad it reeks online.

Almost EVERYTHING on the Internet these days is a SCAM,FRAUD or CON!

As this DEPRESSION worsens, I expect there will be other scams and frauds.

You need to report this rip-off to the US Postal inspectors since you sent a check to a bricks and mortar address, your state attorney general, the FBI and the Federal Commission that regulates stocks and securities fraud for one...

Maybe Mister School Teacher wants to ride out the Depression in a Federal slam because when they catch him, that is probably where his sorry self will go because you ain't the only person he scammed.

IF IT SOUNDS TOO EASY, TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS A LIE!

I am sorry you got scammed.
