David Antoni Bussiere Did not pay for service Westford, Boston Internet

I contacted Mr. Bussiere regarding a graphic design gig which he posted on Craigslist. After contacting him and showing him my portfolio, he agreed to give me the gig on one condition. He said that my portfolio looks good but I would have to do a piece of the gig to show him that I am capable. He was paying for 2 hrs ($50) for the project. The work required 5 photoshop work for his front page website. The gig required more than 2 hours but I still agreed. After showing him the test work on the second day he was content with the work and gave me feedback so that I could complete the other 4 images. On the third day I let him know that all of the work was done (total time took to get the job done was roughly 5 hrs of work, FYI). At first he did not reply back to my skype messages or emails then after hours of waiting he let me know that all of the work "does not make any sense". Whatever did not make any sense was based of his feedback he gave me the day earlier. Finally messaged me on skype with a "hi" and after 10 more minutes later he asked me to wait for couple more minutes. He was gone for 3 hours (I left skype, it was late at night). After that he never contacted me.

Feeling scammed by a person from a nearby city and not some Prince from Nigeria, I searched his name on the internet. Lo and behold, there it was in this very RipoffReport.com website. Other people were complaining about him for similar reasons. Those complains were from 2012 and Mr. Bussiere of Loudwork is doing the same thing in 2014. I wonder how is this man getting away doing this over and over again.
