I was contacted via email regarding needing a loan. I have taked to him on the phone and many text messages.  He offered me a loan of 40,000.00 and I had to send a small amount of money and then the money would be transferred into my account. He gave me a bank website which has since been removed and I was supposedly in control of transfer and each time it wanted another code and I would have to pay to get that code. Still waiting on loan it is now up to 50,000.00 supposedly to reimburse me for all the fees that I have had to pay.  Stating I need to pay 825 for insurance and he will pay half and I only have to pay 425 and then I will get the loan.  I have reported him to Western Union and I have not paid the final fee.  I just want all of the money I have paid to this scam artist back.
