UPDATE ON DAVID BORSHELL: So the crook David Borshell and his Inception Media Group filed bankruptcy in June 2017 after being sued by over 6 filmmakers and owing tons of vendors money.
David Borshell stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from the artists by selling their movies and never paying them.
He blatantly lied about Redbox passing on our film, then sold to Redbox and pocketed the money all to himself.
Here's the kicker: He sold his home for $895,000, then declared bankruptcy. He's refusing to talk to the court-appointed bankruptcy trustee about where all the money is.
Borshell is as dishonest as Bernie Madoff. He's a horrific con-artist who doesn't care that filmmakers gave them their blood, sweat, and tears. He has no moral conscience and he's the craftiest crook we've ever dealt with in 22 years in the film business.

We filed this report this past January, but Mr. Borshell and our company have made amends.
We believe in second chances and appreciate the steps that Mr. Borshell made to correct the situation.
We do not believe he would commit the same actions again and that he has hopefully repented.
We asked Ripoff.com to delete the report we filed, but their policy is to never delete a report, thus we have filed this update.
